Cyril Mathew
Cyril is a Big4 bred consulting engineer – In his role at Alliant, he leads, mentors and manages teams of highly skilled engineers assigned to perform Cost Segregation, Green Building Studies, Quantity Surveys for Global Real Estate. Responsibilities also include developing strategy and future vision, providing structure and direction, hiring, people management and business development.
Cyril is also accountable to ensure that the strategic and operational performance of the delivery group meets and exceeds expectations. He is focused on developing strategic and operating plans; project performance, workforce management, capability transformation, risk, regulatory and compliance issues. Also accountable for reporting on performance against agreed metrics, organizing and running strategic & C – Suite meetings and forums to govern and achieve out performance.
Prior to Alliant, Cyril led a team of engineers in the Valuation practice of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services India Pvt. Ltd. Working with the Tangible Asset Valuation group across the United States, Cyril has over 10 years of experience with specific focus in Capital Projects Consulting (CPC), Cost Segregation studies and Machinery & Equipment Valuation. Cyril has been a decorated employee with multiple awards and recognitions for his contribution to client service.
Prior to Deloitte FAS, Cyril worked as an Engineer with one of Asia’s largest EPC company, Shapoorji Pallonji Co. & Ltd and Sobha Developers Ltd. where he was responsible for scheduling of construction activities, mobilization of resources, vendor management, micro level planning of resources and time, project monitoring and constant monitoring of construction quality, cost, safety and time. He has valuable on ground experience with construction of residential buildings, IT Parks, industrial and commercial buildings.
